the month of may is set to be a busy period for us with three gigs so far in place. we originally decided if we could get one gig a month for the first year of the band it would be good progress, and if everything goes to plan we will have nine under our belts by the end of may! :-D the support slot for the subhumans on the 24th will be a big feather in our caps; they dont know us and probably couldnt care less who was entertaining the drunks before they go on, but for us its a big deal. check out the myspace for upcoming dates

monday 4th may - whittles oldham

sunday 24th may - star and garter, manchester - subhumans headlining

saturday 30th may - thatched house, stockport

If I go to Whittles will I be mistaken for one of those fucking dirty hippies and refused entry? That would be traumatic.

The Star & Garter gig I will see if I can get to, partly to see what that venue's like. Last time we were doing a project near there I thought it looked almost derelict, but I remember a lot of punk/rock flyers up around there. Now I know why. Actually, I think we get a holiday on the 25th, so I've really got no excuse short of a birthday I've forgotten somewhere.

Thatched House should be a goer as well. As it were.
