SAW

Post by Mike »

This is a murder horror film. I was surprised at how good the film was. It was totally unexpected. The story follows two men trapped in an ancient bathroom. Both are chained to a wall and at the mercy of a psychotic madman's plan to make them choose between life and death.

In spite of some hammy acting I would rate this
4S

A good film, no doubt! 8)

I may decide to put them on Lovefilm rental list but I do not think that I would buy it. I think that SAW was quite psychological which was nice. The gore was down to a minimum which made the sinister nature of the film more apparent.

You are right. I am not much of a horror film fan, that makes the rating more impressive!
Did you like the film?

We watched SAW III on Sunday. Yawn, the film seriously suffered from the trilogy blues. Not very good at all. I would put it at 1S

The premise is the police are still trying to find the cancerous killer from the previous two films. The killer seems to be taking an even more sinister path when people who complete their tasks still can not escape! Yawn fest, don't sully the quality of the first with this dross!
