Sorry I did not actually write a synopsis.

The film follows the life of disgraced Banker Andy who has been accused of murdering his wife and her lover in a sequence of premeditated planning. The problem was he had been drinking near the scene and dropped a bottle and bullets which place him there with a deadly weapon. The truth is he actually bottled it and threw his gun into the river thus destroying his defense. . .

Andy struggles with the prison life, dealing with rape and corruption at every corner. It is an amazing film like I said above and is well worth the rating.

Well, how often do you look at a man's shoes? (And I did that without even searching IMDB!!!

An absolutle classic film that has to rank as one of my all time favourites. I still watch it every time it comes on telly. It is soooo good that my mum and dad even watch it every time it comes on telly. Morgan Freeman is ace as is Tim Robbins. The support cast is fantastic. I still, even now, feel a sense of true rebellion when he plays the music.

5S + 5S

If there were more stars then there would be because it deserves it.
