Haha! Nicely done, I'm sure some people will immediately think of past teachers who they can imagine as owl men. Definitely the lecturer type of guy, as Al's said. By way of constructive crits (don't know if you want any, but hey ho) the shirt collar on the right could do with a bit of hair overlapping it, as the edge looks a bit too crisp at the moment, like the owl-head had somehow been merged with another body using editing software...
