Still something mysterious about the link to the forums on the forums page. It still doesn't work for me even after a forced refresh.

That's weird... both links from the homepage are definitely working for me.

I think they are talking about the link on the forum page - I hope everyone realises you have to click on the second link in the forum page for it to work correctly.

Yes indeedy, but despite it being highlighted in helpful red I get no hand symbol and nothing happens.

Oh my... appears to be a problem with Internet Explorer. Doesn't work for me with that browser.

Mike, check the div / class tags if you can: when I right-click in IE, the text over the candle picture's acting like it's just part of the picture. Is it possible the picture's got a higher (equal?) z-layer than the text or something?

It's also the same for the home page, only the link in front of the pictures doesn't work.

Okay Mike, it is the z-layers. Note that this appears differently in IE for some reason when I "view page source", but you want to alter this line:

<div style="height: 293px; width: 630px; height: 293px; left: 35px; position: absolute; top: 32px; width: 630px; z-index: 1; " class="tinyText reflection_0">

Change the z-index to "0" and it should work, if I've got everything correct.

Cool - thanks tech support! That is very much appreciated. I was thinking of removing that page anyway as it is defunct - only issue is, what do I replace it with?

I'd say just link directly to the forums, no need for a replacement. You'll have to keep that bug in mind if you make any more pages, though, as it seems it's going to effect anything you publish with that "text links over images" effect, at least with the current version of iWeb.

I have changed the set up of the webserver so that the subscribe button now works. . . on a mac it tries to add the RSS feed to iPhoto, which I don't need to do but I hope someone will try it out and let me know how it works on windows. Oh and there are masses more photo galleries for you too!

Change the z-index to "0" and it should work, if I've got everything correct.

Done. It still works on mine, maybe someone could test it on IE for me?

The link to the forum from the page accessed from the top of the Home Page now works fine.
