Safari has an extension called Inquisitor which is a spotlight type addition to Safari on the Mac. It seems a shame that the developer had to sell the rights of his wonderful application to Yahoo! but I suppose it helps him support his other applications such as Net News Fire (an RSS reader), xtorrent (torrent client) and acquisition (p2p application) then all the better.
Don't like the idea that Yahoo! owns it though. It takes some of the shine off it!

Sounds like a fairly decent app, so hopefully Yahoo! will pretty much leave it be (as they appear to have done with Flickr) and not slap crazy "Y!" branding all over it. It's nothing to worry about in itself, it just depends what Yahoo!'s intentions are...
