This article is really cool. They managed to pretty much get it right. Some of the products are slightly different but that is not really a surprise, the whole plasma screens and cool computers were right on the money.
The only thing that they got wrong was the size of the properties available. . . they will never be that big. More like a shoe box with a cluttered amount of rubbish.

My first thought was (honestly) "man, that circular paved area is really out of perspective". Asides from that, they've pretty much gone wild with things and got a lot of it right, although there are some things we do have the technology to do but people just wouldn't want, as one of the comments on the article points out. The computer they had in mind sounded a bit clunky though: I'm kinda surprised they didn't predict miniaturisation for that side of it.
