The Thurman is strong in this one. I would in a heartbeat.
The rest of it's not half bad either: Will Ferrell singing! Comedy! Short enough for my limted attention span for musicals! In short:

Channel 5 were showing it tonight, missed the first fifteen minutes but watched them on YouTube. Would like to see the original for comparison, plus I now know where the "stroke... of genius!" stuff came from. Keep it gay!
