Superbad

Post by Mike »

I was surprised that we did not have a review of this film here. Maybe I missed it (in which case I am sure I will be corrected) but here goes with a brand spanking new review anyway.

Two teenage friends have to deal with a surreal series of problems in order to supply a party will illicit alcohol for two girls they had a crush on. Along the way they have to deal with separation issues as a bi-issue from the impending time when they are going away to separate colleges. The story follows Seth, Evan and their nerdy friend Frogell. Frogell gets his fake id and his adventure starts, Seth and Evan get into all sorts of trouble trying to steal some booze from an adult party.

It is humerous but I found it was infrequently laugh out loud funny. :-D 3 - 4 stars. On this watching it was a definite 3s.

For some reason McLuvin reminded me of a young nick scott.

I actually liked this film. Based on my previous reviews and ratings I have to give it 3S because it isn't going to be a classic.
