You are importing a cell into a microstation drawing and forgot to check the scale factor. . . .
Thus all your furniture in 200+ rooms is actually 0.8 the correct size. . . . .
Am now off to replan all my student rooms. . . Joy.

I dont really know how the default changed - it was right on the other two files. I must have wanted something 80% of the original size and forgot the change it back.
I have now replanned about 90% of all the rooms, thankfully I could copy and paste the corrections quite easilly. Unfortunately it took so long cos I had to resize the en-suites.
Am feeling more happy about it now it correct though.
