Not bad for connection via the Orange mobile network I thought.

It's much slower where the network is GPRS, but here back home it's a very respectable speed.

By way of comparison, here's the current speed of my Virgin Broadband:

Al - I hope that is for Mobile Broadband and not a fixed line! Although I guess I could be living in an area where fewer people use the internet - I imagine Didsbury is a hot bed of youth downloading films and what not. :lol:

Fixed line...however it had no problems with streaming the episode of Flash Forward I watched later, so may have just hit a particularly busy time!
