What is your superhero Power?

Post by Mike »

If you were a superhero what would your power be?

Mine would deffo be the power of Telepathy! How cool / wierd would be it be to understand how people percieve the world. Though the downside would be that you knew what others thought about you!

Teleportation would be cool (not to mention convenient), though technically it'd just mean you could escape easily which'd be a bit wimpy!

Ahh, the memories of playing Super Heros & Super Villains Top Trumps in the playground at school come flooding back...young boys, jumpers for goalposts etc...

Time manipulation would be cool...it does bring to mind an episode of the X-Files where there were these guys who drilled holes through their skulls. This was in order to allow their brain loads of oxygen in order to...do freaky stuff like alter people's perception of time. Which doesn't make sense. I swear I'm not making that up!

I know you say its freaky but this used to be fairly common practice if the person in question had a headache. They would drill a hole in the person's head to release the demon that was causing the headache. True story....read that in a text book one science lesson. 8)

The path to that which you seek is long and arduous. In the words of Johnny "harness the awesome power of.....'Yes dear'."

Why would you want to understand women? Surely that would squash the enjoyment! :P

You brave, brave boy. I can see you now as the wise old man of Astley with a long beard who many despairing teenagers ridden with acne visit to get advice on how to get to ''first base'' :D

You'll be like Mr. Myagi. ''First you must learn discipline chavson, Wax on, wax off, paint the fence, paint the fence,''

I fear that there is only one reply to this post and that is the short two-worded phrase that consists of one word of four letters and one word of three letters......................................................

''yes dear''

What else could it have been?

Well at least someone noticed. Nice one, Andy.

A thought just struck me, (ouch!). Why do men seem to have this mental attitude where they feel they have to justify themselves by what women think? Are men so dependant on women? Why is it that single people are sometimes frowned upon or pitied, particularly by couples?
