Harsh Times + Stormbreaker + Nacho Libre

Post by liz.brownlloyd »

Have been to the cinema three times recently and I havent been for ages before that, so I thought it might be interesting to review the three films I've watched...

Harsh Times - not sure why they were harsh the lead characters were trying to get jobs and were drinking/smoking/getting involved in gun crime in america instead. no real political message. actors did their best but script was poor.

Stormbreaker - 14 year old James Bond - nicely executed with lots of english actors - a little slow at points but well worth watching all the same - particularly enjoyed the fight scene where they kept standing on the remote, and instead of seeing the goody and the bady punch one another it flashed to a cartoon on telly doing the same - if that makes sense.

Nacho Libre - a silly movie but good for a saturday night - school of rock was far better (same actor - guy from tenacious d).
