a wonderfully funny film set in the second world war from the makers of 'airplane!' and very much in the same style, so if you loved that then this is a good follow up. it's just as anarchic and surreal in sections, which possibly explains the fact that val kilmer [yes him] is hilarious as the all american braindead hero come to save the french resistence...mainly from themselves.


4S losses a mark for being a little too predictable with some of the jokes, but there are so many they were bound to miss with some of them
