One flew over the Cookoo's nest
This is a film about a rather colourful character who tries to escape work detail in prison by being committed to a mental institution. Upon arrival he bands together the inmates against the rather dictatoral Nurse Ratched.

Did you know that it had been parodied in the Simpsons. When Homer is sent to the mental institue for wearing a pink shirt (and Barts poor judgement in filling in a Mental Health Questionnaire), they introduce him to The Chief.
Homer "Hiya Chief"
Chief "Hello!"
This is then followed by a bunch of keen scientists and doctor who are fascinated by the explaination "No one really speaks to me here!"
Classic Simpsons.

lol, I should have known that you would have that episode on DVD somewhere!
This seems to give a clue to our answer here. It is an authentic voice but credited under a different name. I don't know if I should believe this or not. I will try and find a second source with the same information!
A Second source.
A Third source.
