Merry Christmas! I'm having a slightly reflective moment, but I'll see you all soon, I'm sure. Unless you're just a random visitor to this site, in which case I won't, but the initial message remains the same. But if you were bad this year, maybe I shouldn't be wishing you one. Everyyone I know hasn't been bad, so that's cool: but if I don't know you, then you'll have to decide for yourself if my festive greetings are warranted and deserved.

Mike, here's an idea. When someone who we don't know has just logged on, i.e. a spammer, could you impose a picture of mr_e in a father christmas hat going ''MuwahahaHAHAHAhahaha, are you sure you want to spam little one?'' in a seedy voice that matches the beard?

That already happens, I have noticed a distinct increase in the spamming since then too!
