No completion date yet phoning the lawyers is my next job today but I'll keep you posted.
We are staying in Chadderton and moving closer to the station, the good infant schools, closer to the park and the edge of civilization oh yeah AND OFF THE MAIN ROAD. It is a 3 bed Edwardian semi with lots of lovely period features It is in perfectly livable condition but I have grand plans for it. Starting with demolishing the garage as it is huge and ocupies most of the back garden. And changing the minging green carpet in the lounge.
But won't be moving again for a while so i reckon i got 10yrs of tinkering on this one.
