This was an interesting film about an unhappy man with a very ill daughter falling into a word of crime in an attempt to prevent his wife and daughter being destroyed by his mistakes. Amazingly it had Jennifer Aniston as a serious actress. She was actually very convincing. There were also good performances from Clive Owen, Vincent Cassel.

I must rent this film, as i read the book just before it was out at the cinema, and found it reasonably enjoyable. did not expect the twist...say no more!
