I think that we will have to get going with that one. I think it will take a while to become totally telepathically connected in the space of 6 days!

Wait, I'm getting something from you Mike...'I think I'll take a break from all of this house stuff that Lizzie has got me doing and play on the Wii instead...'. Am I close?

Copying answers? Scoundrels, deserve a good caning, what? We may've lost out on a free evening's drinks there. Never mind, the shock of getting that high a score makes up for it.

Al is very close actually, I was playing Wii before. . . . then it went to the Gym, then to the Macclesfield forest for a picnic which was nice. All in all I am very tired now after all that fresh air and exercise. I don't think my legs will forgive me anytime soon either. . . .

Last night (and apologies to the Welsh), our teamname was...

"Taffy was a Welshman, Taffy was a sheepshagger"

This came about because of the following question in the Trivia Trail round...

"Complete the following nursery rhyme: Taffy was a Welshman, Taffy was a..."

Of course, the correct answer was (as everybody knew...not!), 'Thief'. The more obvious and humorous answer was used for the team name! :)

Silly, puerile, rude...think what you like, we got the biggest laugh in the pub when they read it out! Which, when you consider that the winners scored 58 and we got 42 was small comfort to us!

Does this mean that they have returned to the age old tradition of reading out all of the team results. I must admit I was getting a little hacked off by their pandering to the winners! :D

Yes they have, I'm assuming they had complaints.

To be honest, I think people were expecting to not get their names read out as some were very poor...in-jokes between five people do not make a funny team-name!

Kinda sums up last night really, think we were in a daft mood! Maybe we need to stay in the same frame of mind for next week, think we can manage that?

I was in such an anti-fun mood last night, so my apologies to all concerned (I blame poorly organised training at work). We won! Most excellent quizzing skills from everyone.

I'll be even happier once I figure out what the hell happened to that cake tin, because I don't have it. Anyone?
