Not sure what to say about this but...
Train crushes couple having sex!
Just found this too.
Woman burns to death in road rage incident bad, yes, but she was the aggressor! And set fire to her own car! Then refused to get out when her life was clearly in danger! Natural selection in action in a modern world? I think so!

Oh. My. God. That is natural selection at its best if you ask me. What a freak. Did you read the comments where one person says 'I don't understand why you would not try and get her out of the car!' Did she not read the article?!

Microsoft have a cash mountain of £23.6 bn pounds lying around doing nothing! Yikes, that is a lot of dough. They are supposed to now be buying back as massive share issue worth almost $40bn till 2011. I suppose this will limit the number of shares available which will run up the price and also they will be getting the shares at a competitive price due to the 'volotile' market which has left the share price down by 30% or so.

Apparently this was on
Traffic Cops recently. Two crazy Swedish twins
running across the M6. Needless to say, it didn't work out too well.
Shame the article doesn't say why they actually did it (drugs, anyone?).
Edit: had to do some looking around, and here's proof of at least one of the sister's mental state, as she's due to stand trial
for a murder committed around the time of the M6 incident.

The House of Representatives has rejected a $700 billion dollar loan to bail out mortgages. This was a bit of a shock move if you read the news but could you imagine saddling the US tax payers with that much debt?! The stockmarkets around the world have shrunk by around 5% save the US version which has shrunk by 9%!
In other scary news the
Mortgage lending in 2008 was at 5% of the value compared with July 2007 and 2% compared with August 2007! Eek. Oh well, I guess Lizzie and I will be Stockportian's for quite a while now!

I nearly went bonkers when I saw that on the tv last night.
They had an interview with the green haired, wishy-washy liberal bint working as Welfare Officer at the Uni. The bit that annoyed me most was when the interviewer said that some would say it's political correctness gone mad and did she agree? At which point the bint took affront and said she couldn't agree and furthermore that the phrase 'political correctness gone mad' in itself was politically incorrect as it could be potentially offensive to mentally ill people. Stupid cow!

shouldn't that be 'mentally challenged'? or thoughtfully under the weather? either way, this was the moment quasimodo should have burst into the room to slap the bint and shout 'iron my shirt bitch!'

The only comclusion I can reach is that there is a high degree of emotion over this.
People have to learn to get along with each other, but unfortunately in many cases it's getting worse rather than better.
Any opinions as to what the root cause of the worl's tensions is?

University pledges to investigate initiation rites...
I was in the hockey and lacrosse teams (second and third only to the rugby team in craziness) so I've been thru a few of these and it never did me any harm! I'll not go into details, but so long as no one is hurt... we DID have people refuse to participate and after some teasing they were excused.
