Gym free ways to lose weight... look at number 3! Seems strangely appropriate for those lardy buggers!

How would you do in a modern GCSE science exam?

I managed a 7 out of 8 because I don't think that a Sun Tan can be described as a benefit! Let me know how you do!

But what if they all catch the evil disease of communism and bring it back to the USA!!! This IS HIGHLY IRRESPONSIBLE!1!

I can't see it not going through to be honest: the point that's made about travel to other communist states (China) being allowed is quite a telling one.

I know this isn't generally a football crowd, but feel compelled to comment on the AWESOME game between Manchester United and Aston Villa this weekend.

United 2-1 down 10mins to go and win 3-2 in injury time with a superb goal from a stiker NOONE has heard of (until now!). Thrilling spectacle of football at its best (even Bex was watching!).

(the fact that there were 5mins of injury time was a slight mystery as I dont recall there being too many stoppages... but we'll gloss over that due to the drama which unfolded in said injury time).

I bet Al was a happy bunny last night!

Just a little. Watched it back in Cannock as I'd popped down to say 'Hi' to the folks who'd just got back from New York.

Awesome finish to the match, that was his fourth goal that week, he bagged three against Newcastle in a reserve match earlier in the week. He's a big, strong lad for being just 17!

Funny, that is two sets of parents who are in New York recently. Al's and Lizzie's! They could have walked past each other with out realising
