I'm actually off sugar at the moment, pretty much, Wednesdays being an obvious exception. And I'd probably just play (profanity filter test coming up) Fucking Hostile by Pantera whilst doing it. None of that wussy punk stuff.
Edit:Ooooh, no profanity filter here. Yay for freedom of speech!

The punk comment was firmly tongue-in-cheek, although I do find Phil scarier than most punk frontmen...oooh...Rollins Vs Anselmo. Now there would be an interesting one. May go check out Poison idea now...

they're loud and angry but suffer from poor studio production which makes some of the lyrics garbbled. do you want a copy of their best of album - 40 songs in 60 minutes
