Toby Flood has been given a chance to start at Fly Half for the Ireland - England game on Saturday. K.O 17:30. All I can say it good, I am glad that they are giving him a chance to start, he had pace and ambition when coming on late to the previous matches even when returning from a calf injury. The inference that Andy Goode is being punished is probably just. Lets be honest, you don't want to get sin binned. EVER!
I think there is a game on Friday night too France - Wales at 8. Now that promises to be a great game.
Scotland - Italy is at 15:30 at Murrayfield and I heard a rumour that Phil may be going to watch. . . good choice if you are!
Sale are currently doing very well with a game in hand and only a single point behind top of the table Glouster!

we might go, but its quite expensive- £60 for most seats, unless you wanna sit up high (Or in a corner) in which case its £30!
Thinking about going to watch an Edinburgh game in the Heineken cup instead- £15 sit where you want.
the reason I post is...
Sale announce Jason "Billy Whizz" Robinson as new head coach. Jones moves up to director of rugby. BBC website (and others) if you wanna read it- can't be bothered hotlinking it.

Jason Robinson is returning to Sale Sharks as head coach! Amazingly good news, he has been a regular attendee at the games at Edgeley Park (apparently) and is now been pursuaided by Kingsley Jones to become Head Coach. I hope that he is as successful a manager as he was a player.

Ireland 14 - England 13. That score line wants you to think that we were competitive and a great game. Unfortunatley it was the worst game I have ever seen. Two more sin binnings made our life hell and Tait unfortunately did not offload the ball after a supurb break for what would have been a great try. We really need to make sure that disciple is maintained in future games.

Guardian Article by James Haskell about the feelings of the England team following their 14 - 13 defeat to Ireland.

If Ireland could've kicked in the first half the score would have looked horrific. For the next match I suggest they get Ronan Keating in, as Ronan O'Gara had a shocker.

No but I think it is probably the sort of thing that Chrissie dreams about - even with his foul language.

Thanks to Sky Plus I managed to see the game. It was exciting! Vast improvement as proved by Jonno's lip read quote 'fuck yeah!'. Apparently England are the top try scorers in the Championship this year. How weird! Shame the penaties etc have dragged us down.
Highlights from the Match which ended 34-10!

A far better performance yesterday AND we managed to keep 15 people on the pitch for the full 80 mins. Here's hoping we batter the Scots next weekend in the same manner!
