Knights of the Old Republic 2 (KOTOR)

Post by Mike »

OMG This is an addictive game. The actual programming of the game is somewhat suspect as I did start the very first level by finding a glitch that made my character walk through a solid wall, float in some blackness for a second or two before teleporting back to the start location.

That aside, I have been having great fun with this one. I particularly like playing the little Utility Droids, though I wish they had kept the beeps-bloop and bwops to a minimum. Thankfully we can skip those with a single click of a button.

Let me know what you all think,

Mike

OMG this game is GREAT!!!!!!!! The fact I've never played it makes no difference to my opinion, as long as Mike is happy. Hell, if it's got light sabres in it, it's all good.

Here's a useless piece of information: The Star Wars light sabres as seen in the films are made from obsolete flash units manufactured in the 1950s by MPP (Micro precision products), the last of the big British camera manufacturers....

Now, didn't you need to know that? 8)

Nearly finished this game now and it is becoming more than a little repetative. I think that I will have to rate the logevity of this game poorly, after all I have only played it for 38hrs!!!!

But it's got Wookies with crossbows in! Hmmm, does it have Ewoks though? With, like, sticks and giant logs and slings.

More useless information.

Did you know its possible to make lightsabers in photoshop? Well they may not be exact but I had a go. Not a coincidence that photoshop was actually involved when they made the films, (I'm sure I read that somewhere). If I could post images, I'd show you the pics I mentioned.

Photoshop was involved in the films!? Not the original ones, otherwise they'd be using the beta version of it, surely (can't be bothered checking my facts)?

Ooh, just found out, Photoshop dates back to 1990, Star Wars to 1977...

Sometimes it takes a while for people to digest the information! You watch, one day, sometime someone will make a comment on this thread again. 8)
