I have just bought mail washer pro to deal with the ever increasing numbers of spam coming through my emails. They ask to be recommended so here it is!

We have been using Mailwasher Pro for a few years now. It enables us to view previews of all messages on the server and delete any we don't want.

It's totally effective, but don't forget to disable Outlook Express checking for messages itself - let Mailwasher do that.
