I do protest at this, to be quite honest, you are rubbishing some of my closest friends, they have worked very hard through their degrees and have spent seven years studying, I for one think that you should have included ''tax guzzling'' in there at the very least (That was for you mr_e).mr_e wrote:Fez, it's all true: architects are all vain, egotistical glory-seekers who absolve any responsibility for what matters in a building (ie, it standing up) to other professionals at the slightest hint of a problem.

Although I have wished you good luck only minutes ago, I don't think you'll be needing it. You're pretty much sorted. Go Mike!
PS: don't knock anyone dead, you can get arrested for that kind of thing. And it'll make it difficult to mark your papers.

GO MIKE! I'll be thinking of you and until Friday, that's right, I'll be paying no attention to my job at all :D
I'm fully confident you have the knowledge in all aspects the exam is testing on so just relax, breathe, read the question, ascertain which aspect its asking about; fees, contract, h&s, appointment, etc, and GO FOR IT! and remember its a 2 phase exam, anything you don't go into on the question paper you can discuss further in the interview portion and you can note down any initial thoughts and asumptions you make in the envelope Wed and Thurs evening, its all relevant.
You are SOOOOO ready for this, I won't wish you luck, more like send you positive and upbeat vibes!
See you Friday for drinkies!!!

Well that is day one over and done with. Very funny though, lindsay was looking after the envelope where I have to put draft answers at the end of the day. She accidentally ripped the envelope in half. . . . .
This is the envelope that is to esure no one tampers with my answers etc. . . . it will be interesting to explain how and why this happened to Alison Mackinder.

off home now!

Day two is now complete, the nails are in and tomorrow I am being lowered into the abyss of no return. What a relief that part is nearly over. Today I will remember to backup my answers to a remote location in case of fire / flood or other natural disaster.
I forgot to do this yesterday and on the train home I noticed a building on fire and a fire in a bin. Lets just say I was a little concerned! :D

Day Three is now over. At 15:08 this afternoon The Completed Document was taken from me and placed in the careful hands of the Royal Mail Special Guaranteed delivery service.
It is done. Phew!
