I was offered the following options.
1) Pay £300 for a new phone
2) Pay £100 for a new phone and be tied into a £6 per month Orange Care contract.
3) Pay £15 for a new sim card for an old phone. Which I don't have because I sold it to Orange.
The most annoying thing is the stupidity and the loss of numbers AND the smug tone of the Orange operator - though that may have been my annoyance / upset at the whole event.
If you need to get me now it will be office / home or Lizzie's phone!
