We know that characters need to fulfill the normal bodily functions, but it would be a strange adventure indeed if one PC were to be singled out to have to roleplay it all....just like in films and TV we generally gloss over such difficult details.

Unless of course you fancy scenarios where PCs engaged in such matters are surprised with their trousers down by nasty, hungry little monsters. It can be arranged.

You are talking to a player who has a character owning a chamberpot of disappearing to sweep away all his toiletry needs.

I'm actually really looking forward to tonight so that I can play my new character, Heather Lomax. :-D She's a thief-cleric hobbit and slightly plump (comments about my weight are neither appreciated nor relevant). I just need a god to pray to! My onyl worry is that I'm playign a lawful neutral character and not sure if I can pull it off!

I've also kindly made some cakes that even the gannets in work won't eat (there are three batches) so may have to stop off at shops on route... :-?

Rock on Heather Lomax! We noticed you stopping for lunch and a snack only an hour into game time. Damn that Mort for ruining my Stoneskin spell. Most people will actually be happy with a simple hand shake!

Okay. So he has spent his life destroying evil temples (Temple of Elemental Evil comes to mind as well) and now through (no doubt) a God's twisted sense of humour the Lawful Good Sir John Milton has taken on the powers of the Lord of the Elemental Plane of Fire. I guess that the elemental plane of fire is an evil oriented place so it makes him really diametrically opposed to the place that is controlled by his mind.

I can imagine that the Lords of the Elemental Planes of Water, Ice and Wind are not too happy either as well as the Lady of the Deamon Web Pits. Considering the Eternal Knight is actually supposed to bring law and order to the world he has unintentionally left quite a Chaotic trail of destruction behind him such as;

1) Destroying Temple of Elemental Evil
2) Seeing Dragonstone Destroyed with fire, brimstone and Drow Elves
3) Destroying at temple of Death
4) Walking around and interferring in Mortal affairs on the Prime Material Plane. . . (is he now a creature of the Elemental Plane of Fire or the Prime Material Plane?!)

I think there are two ways I can play this now.
1) Balence out the above by turning to Evil, corrupting Dragonstone through the Fire and starting to squabble with Lolth, Ice, Water and Wind.
2) Try and turn the Elemental Plane of Fire to Lawful Good - Think that the best I could manage would be to slowly turn them Lawful Evil (over thousands of years)

It would appear that it would be unwise to continue with the party - direct interferrence would be strange in this context. After all it would be like walking into town as a high level character and killing off the low level townsfolk.

PS. The judgement between the two deamons sucked. I should have instigated a challenge where winner takes all. Trial by combat - much more like a Cavalier decision rather than the wet fluffy bunny decision I actually made. Maybe next week I can start of by rectify that problem! ;-)

Is Dragonstone covered with fire and darkness at the moment? Apart from the area around the tree of life (that actually protects the land from Daemons. . . ).

I wonder if I could encourage a Cleric of the Elemental plane of Fire to set up a church there. Does not have to be evil - like the Temple of Elemental Evil, but the Cleric could protect the people from the excessive flames. Indeed they could worship the flame! And no the power has not gone to my head but I want to try and protect the Dragonstonians!

Okay so I was thoroughly laughed at for my punishment of the two demons.

As a Lawful Good character I thought that the punishment for stealing at half the wealth confiscated (and returning the property to the wronged party) was reasonable and the one for murder at banishment to live a normal human life for 80 years was quite lax! What would everyone else done in my position as a Lawful Good Cavalier? As an Evil, Neutral or Chaotic character I could have just ripped their heads off but as a Lawful Good one?! Yikes.

Oh and when the banished demon attacked me I could have beaten the demon up for a bit first to put the fear of Milton into the others but meh. Missed opportunity.

Obviously the other Fire Demon's are getting a bit mutinous now but hopefully they will come in useful when we are battling Lolth because they can 'distract' (read: tear limb from limb) her armies.

I wonder what is inside the Elementals' heads? What they fear? What they like? Well they like flame and heat and fire.....

I think I messed up the end of Sir John's play. I think we should have all gone to get Lolth after all that effort. . . . apologies guys. V poor playing on my part.

As it is nothing has changed. The Eternal Knight has just replaced some other being in the battle and nothing has tipped the balance at all. What a waste. . .

Something tells me even the entire party wouldn't have been able to permanently deal with the issue. I think it would likely go "dead, regenerate, dead, regenerate..." ad infinitum. A lesson in the essential balance of the universe, perhaps?

That is what happening at the moment. I was hoping that everyone else would tip the balance!

I think killing all of her worshippers is actually the more viable option in this case...
