Hymini are producing a wind and solar charger for your 5v electrical appliances - it could be quite useful if you are keen on camping etc for making sure that your cameras and phones can be charged whilst you are away.
Not too shabby at $50 (£25 at todays exchange rates).

Re: Wind / Solar hand held power generator
We've been looking into these things for use on field trips- they are good as an emergency back up, but I probably wouldn't trust it completely. 1Hours biking for 15mins on the phone isn't as efficient as it could be! The PowerMonkey (google it) is better- its a high capacity mains rechargable cell with every attachment I've ever seen!
The other REALLY cool one is the new breed of solar backpacks- they contain a battery to store the power, but ipod etc can be plugged in directly. This would be brilliant for camping trips (provided it doesn't add too much weight). We have solar AA chargers which are OK- but require good sunlight. Which can be at a premium in the UK.
