Yes, I saw that one too. The way I see it what goes out must also allow things to come in. . . . i don't think i will be using this one to start with.

Reverse the device and we have technology that can control people. Oddly, the picture is not unlike the Roboman helmets from "The Dalek Invasion of Earth" (1964)
