Apparently a flaw in the old Nintendo Entertainment System (or NES for those in the know) can be fixed as shown here. I did not know that!

Portable NES that has been boiled down to fit within one of its own cartridges! Pretty Cool, though I imagine that you will have to actually 'modify' all your games to play them.

The NES is still going strong this time being utilised for the OLPC (one laptop per child) foundation to provide a $12 dollar laptop. That is pretty impressive cost reduction from the original $100 dollar laptop. It uses technology that is two decades old but it must be better than nothing?!
