Computer Love has this feed that shows a womans bottle top collection. Before you mock the photographs are really good and so is her presentation. Well worth seeing if only briefly!

Computer Love has been showing this image created by Alberto Russo who is a illustrator with a bit of a Star Wars and Switzerland obsession by the look of it. I thought it was an interesting image that you would be interested in seeing. :-D

Also Coolhunting has posted about a re-usable water bottle that is designer cool. Its called the Kor One Water Vessel and in its own words is:
Kor wrote:Enter Kor, a new company dedicated to creating sustainable personal hydration solutions.
Personal hydration solutions?! I like the sound of that.

I think its too big, and not got enough grippy bits on it. It is a fabulous piece of design and certainly has the cool factor- maybe by adding a dual membrane layer inside the makers could create an insulative effect and keep water cold, that I'd love!

It'd be a bugger to carry around with you- although good for getting water from the cooler and slurping from at your desk. (I use an old S.I.S. bike bottle- big, grippy, wide necked and cheap. they seem to be popular with most exercise junkies). For wandering around outside nothing beats a camelbak or platypus.

Personal hydration solution  anyone remember a conversation about management speak?!

The water bottle certainly doesn't look too practical, although there is also a cool-looking kettle on that site as well.

The evo solo coffee and tea pots are the best I have seen for brewing facilities. I cant seem to put my hands on an image at the moment but will do so when I get home (don't have any of my bookmarks at work!).

The cycle of WalMart logo is quite interesting, they are a budget supermarket in the extreme if you could how the logo started off. By the sounds of it the WALMART logo just used whatever font the store though best and could be achieved on a printer.

The split ruler is a great idea

Cool Hunting are showing a virtual flash drive that acts as a digital safe. You can manage and access your personal information securely using a very powerful encryption system. If someone tries to break through the protection the information stored on the drive is destroyed. It could be a cool way to protect your personal information from 'foreign' computers! Cool!

For £2000 or so you can have a genuine Tardis in your garden - or at least a Police Telephone Box. As design goes that is utterly cool and it's on my Christmas List.

I like the idea of sitting out in my Tardis while it pours with rain. I'll take a flask of coffee in with me and be totally cocooned from the world. Just like some may argue that I'm totally cocooned from reality..... [-]

I wonder if you need planning permission for a Tardis?

I doubt it very much. Unless they are over a certain size, have hot and cold running water, electricity, foul drainage and a heating system! :-D I think it would take rather a lot of us to club together to get a Police Phonebox for you.

Cool Hunting has a Chocolate paddle, it is a stirring device (known in the business as a wooden spoon) with a thermometer and handy advice on the side to help you make Chocolate. mr_e I thought you would be interested, although I have never heard of you wanting to make chocolate before I know you are a hopeless addict.

Cool Hunting also had a water powered clock which is powered by a bit of water and salt. Great idea and much better than running on Batteries. I wonder what the environmental impact of making the clock is. . . .

Mmm, chocolate. Making it at home does always sound a bit faffy, although it might be interesting to try just the once. The alarm clock is interesting. I'd love to know how it works, but I'm too lazy to look it up just now.
