30 Days of Night

This is a film about an oil producing town in Alaska that experiences 30 days of night every year due to its location as the Northern most town in the USA. Around this time of year the majority of people leave to go to sunnier climates leaving only a few to look after things in their absence. As the night falls strange things start happening, dogs are killed, phones are burned, communications and power go down and strange bumps are heard in the night.
This is a horror film that is poor to average. There is a little bit of suspense but is generally quite poor in the effects and the execution.
