Too many idea's not enough action? This is the tag line of a new project management tool that dispences with emails (thank god - they are useless as an organisational tool!) and bases the approach on the action method where you have to allocate the task to a team member and it allows the tasks to be tracked like a forum thread (from what I can tell). I may sign up for a trial in this to see what happens. I won't ever be in a position to be able to use it but I recon it is worth knowing about!

Our new software has something similar: tasks are generated for individual users, so in theory the team leader can monitor workloads etc. The forum-style updates look interesting though.
