MOvember - Support Prostate Cancer Research
Hi,
Some of you (likely to be the men) may be aware of the charity event that is MOvember.
If not, here's a brief run-down of the idea...starting from 1 st November, I will be growing / cultivating a MO (or moustache for those who've not got it yet!). In order to provide the desire required for me to look like a complete fool for the entire month, I need your money!
More specifically, The Prostate Cancer Charity (http://www.prostate-cancer.org.uk), needs your money. If you are interested in joining in or learning a little more about MOvember, have a look here.
If you want to donate to my fundraising effort, go here.
I will be taking a daily (probably) photo of my progress and posting a link here and on the photo on FaceBook (for those of you who are my 'friends').
Wish me luck!

Good Luck Al.
It must be daily photographs though! Then we will be able to make a video real of your changing appearance over the month. I will sponsor you that is for sure. Does it have to be through the website or do you take in person contributions?

Re: MOvember - Support Prostate Cancer Research
The photos are going to be a pain I think! Tried last night and managed to take some really interesting photos of the ceiling, the floor, my chest, the top of my head, my chin...
Today's photo will hopefully be the official one from the start of the MOvember event at work.
I think I can take donations in person, will try to print off a sheet from their site. Might end up being easier from their site though!

Will donate on the site then. Don't you have a webcam on your computer to try it?

No web cam, so it's just going to be me, my camera and a mirror!

It looks like you moved slightly making it marginally out of focus. Why don't you put the camera on a surface (table & books or kitchen worksurface) and then sit / kneel in front of the camera? Self timer it and away you go. That way you could get the set up exactly the same each time.
PS Can see the start of a tash going there!

Nice Almo growing there. Hope it does not take over the entire upper lip. . . . you might not be able to get rid of it.

You could totally rock a Ming-style 'tache. Just think of how cool it would be!
I'll get around to donating at some point.

Re: MOvember - Support Prostate Cancer Research
Hi,
Nearly the end of MOvember and I've just had some fantastic news! Not only have I just reached the £100 mark for sponsorship, but my company dabs.com have said they'll match my sponsorship £1 for £1 up to the £400 mark.
So please, if you haven't already, go to https://www.movember.com/uk/donate/dona ... country=uk and donate. Every little REALLY helps now!
I'll get some photos up later after the rugby.
