Where is it likely to be? I would like to think about a character but am a bit blank at the moment, don't have any amazing ideas! If I knew where it was likely to be set then it might set the creative juices going!

I am suitably intrigued. I may leave every decision to a dice-roll and see what happens...

Ninja pirates would be cool.

I will reveal the new setting very shortly. I have a selection of possibilities and will try to ensure something totally different.

You will start with one character each and be first level. By all means start to roll up something and we will start off Level 1 with the maximum number of hit points, thus giving a fighting chance!

There will first of all be a short min-adventure, a Prelude, so that we can get to grips with the new characters. This will take 1 or at the most 2 weeks play.

This will be followed by your first Adventure Proper which will be tough at your levels, but that's AD&D!

I don't think that we have even finished our latest adventure. I seem to have forgotten that one already and am thinking about the new one. Strange isn't it.

The adventure may finish us off though...

Should be interesting, been a while since anyone's had a super-low level character. I remember the near-death experiences with troglodytes many moons ago.

I have seen more deaths during the last few weeks playing the high level adventure than I have ever seen during a low level adventure. Odd that isnt it. I guess we just get more careless when you can come back to life at the drop of a hat!

Are you selling Ad space in your signature?! Odd but cunning. 8)

For those characters who are worried about the rocky start they got off to I am pleased to report that a stroke of genius, no Genius, on my part has occured.

For those who were not worried, I have still had a stroke of Genius, so there!

I did not think rocky but suicidal on the part of the Rangers and Fighter who are single handedly going to get wooped in the basement to that temple!

A good default player character class is the Fighter.
