Avatar Problems

Post by johnriley1uk »

So why can't I upload an Avatar, regardless of how small I make the pixel dimensions or the file size? Even at 4K the system still tells me the file size should be lesss than 8K. Or doesn't it like my Avatar?

Is a JPEG image OK or does it need to be a gif or bmp? :?:

Yeah, I've had this problem,john.

I just put one one. I was going to put a Yin Yang symbol on but I decided against it. So I'll stick with this for now. I wonder if anyone recognises it?

I found saving the image as a gif works, (65x65 pixels....only as I used this on another forum that only allowed this size).

Possibly you have...the picture was taken by the widely published Glamour Photographer Paul Jones, and to answer your next question "only if it's essential to the plot..."
