So thats about 57 of the 100 for me... who's gonna beat it (and who'll have the most)? My money is obviously on Claire, but we'll see.
There are a few which I can't believe I haven't read (and a few I wish I hadn't!), the number of kids books helped me out! Strangely I've not actually read the little prince in english- only ever in french.

38 read, written 6 analitical papers on five of them and 1 dissertation. does the fact i would rather gouge my own eyes out than read some of the list count in my favour or against me? di vinci code; started to read it, got to chapter twelve, decided i would sooner murder the author than read another word of such lamentable dross, and now think im more likely to the wife of jesus than mary macdaline. seriously, what is the appeal of that cliche-flogging yawn fest?

I'm hoping when I've finished this qualification I can read something other than training books!

Here's a book you should read. The cover is a concoction of mine for a competition, but the book is real. When you're read it just ponder on the fact that it was written in 1939. It's written in an unusual way that takes for granted without explanantion all the sorts of things that we might expect to find around us today. remarkably accurately. The story of the Viton influence on Earth is chilling enough and it sold huge numbers when first issued. It was all set to become one of the classics of SF, but never did....I wonder why. The very subject matter of the book might explain that.

I think I've only read about thirteen of those, but some different books by authors on that list. I'm, like, a total heathen.

That list also repeats several books & authors a lot, so I'm assuming the general public chose them?
