I suppose Birdseye has been banished for the same reason as Pugwash, crimes against innuendo!

Captain Planet was ace Mike, ain't no crazy there! Just don't make me rewatch the cartoons.
Had to vote for Captain Ahab, the guy was blatantly badass and had an ironic / poetic justice sort of death.
