Successful plastic surgeons Christian Troy and Sean McNamara are beginning to feel settled after moving their practice to Beverly Hills from Miami, though it has taken some time to get used to the way business is done in sunny California, and the brooding and fickle cloud of fame that hangs over the heads of so many.
