Computer Issues

Just thought I would post an note about two computer issues I had recently.
1) Ordered a new 2tb hard disk from Amazon and it kept disconnecting from my computer randomly giving me an error on the computer saying it would corrupt my files unless I disconnected correctly (ie safely eject hardware options). This would happen every 20-30 minutes which is rather annoying. Anyway. I reported the fault with Amazon on Saturday morning and requested a replacement. AMAZINGLY the replacement was on my desk at work by 11am Monday morning. Less than 1 working day to get the replacement, free postage back and no charge for the problem. Absolutely service in my opinion and probably faster than I could have returned it to the shop. Not only that but I have had an overlap between receipt and sending back the faulty disk which enables me to do a zero sweep of the drive to eliminate all my data.
2) Wireless box from O2 was emitting a high pitched wine. It was VERY annoying so I called O2 on Saturday morning. They tried standard procedure to fix the problem (which broke the wireless as it happens). Anyway I convinced them that sending a new box was required (without any difficulty). This too was at home by Monday afternoon and less than 1 working day to get the replacement. Freepost bag to send back the faulty equipment too. Another service.
Well done Amazon and O2 Broadband.
