Go Modern has just opening in London and looks like a really cool place to get designer furniture from. The website is pretty good too.

Vitra is a really cool furniture website I was introduced to at work. They have some amazing chairs here.

On a side note the Herman Miller site is also amazing! :D

That Design Verb site is indeed funky. The warp tunnel house thing is just joyous!

Out of Gas is a summary of some exemplar architectural schemes from 1973 oil crisis and applies this situation to the modern 'energy concern'. It is interesting to see that the technology has been around from more than 20 years and we are still not at a point where the equipment is affordable to be installed on every building.

Architect's Newspaper has an interesting article about Renzo Piano potentially building a visitor centre and nun's housing at Ronchamp - the home of Le Corbusier's famous church. The foundation will be suing if the plan's go ahead in their own words, this is a place of worship, not a fun fare.

Those nun's rooms will be obviously a wild party and a must have for all the local raves. :-D

I really like the Piel Skn because of the whole virtual book thing they've got going on. Might get around to reading it properly at the weekend. Sad to say this, but I had fun messing around with part-turning the pages for a bit and stuff. Cool.

FinalCrit is a website where people leaving university can post their portolio's and try and get a job! I thought that Alex might be interested in this one when he has finished at Uni. . . . :-D
