Some of the colours on the Richard Rogers site burn my eyes, but all in all they are some suave examples of minimal, effective design. Some of the buildings aren't bad, either. One point to note for anyone considering using Flash would be that the Caruso St John one suffers from the shitty anti-aliasing on the text.
Edit: Mike, we want a cool Flash site from you! Get on with it! And Fez! They are cool, just go to Geocities to convince yourself.

been there, done that, hated it, as i mentioned on the will alsop thread written a good while ago - i trust you do keep up to date with everything on this site john.
i'm just lamenting mike's use of the words "cool" and "architecture" and "website" in the same phrase. take note of how many other people contribute to this part of the site and that is why i dispute anything to do with architecture on the web as being cool.
face it john, you and mike are just sad...
...if anyone asks, i've never been to this thread...

Far too late at night for a proper comment from me, but it is a rather slinky little website, and thankfully they chose a suitable font for Flash. It even remembers where you are on the scroll bars. Only minor gripe is that it takes a while to scroll through all the projects. Overall: coolness.

Very nice. I'm not a big fan of Flash based web-sites myself, but this is free of irritating welcome animations and all the usual gimicky guff usually associated with them. Couldn't comment on page-loading speed as I'm at work on our uber-network.
My only gripe was that I couldn't work out what the 'White Wall' page was all about. There are three images and some arrows, which when clicked scroll to a blank piece of wall...que? I can guarantee would-be clients will also be scratching their heads!
All in all, a nice example of how to create a contemporary yet individual web-site, which should stand the company apart from other architects.

Nothing says "romance" like a kidnapped injured woman!
Nice
That is a very swanky piece of website design, very nice! Me likey! I like that the photo of the team was in timeless black and white and I agree that you do seem ultimate uber tall! The project images aren't bad I suppose, and I am not all jealous of your cool practice...honest When are you planning the first manned mission to Mars by the way cos I'd like a piece of the action!!

sponsorship
sponsorship is key! I'll look into it, Claire has some experience in this area with her Kenya trip. Any preferred logos you'd like on the ship? in addition to Michael Riley Enterprises sounds Star Treky!
