After playing this game for a bit I think that really it is just an update of Vice City. There are more non violent missions to be involved in but it is the usual GTA fodder. I will play it for a bit but I dont know if I will go to completion.

The points in its favour are.
 Huge map
 Car improve cars you own
 Lots of non violent missions (ie missions are less repetative)
 Several mission threads on at one time
 You can enter loads of houses etc
 Personal stats, i love the sex appeal stat!

Points against
 You have pretty much seen the game before. . . .

I think I agree with nearly all of that,Mike.

Perhaps it is a bit of a repeat of previous GTA titles, but its still woth completion. Even if only to say you've completed it. Or maybe not? 8)

I think it is worth completing, I absolutely HATE the remote control missions though. They are a bit of a pain!

They would be if you're having to use your freaky trackerball arthritis mouse. If it's anything like Vice City, they do feel like toys to control (over-sensitive to steering)...so, yup, they are a pain. If you get desperate, I'm sure someone will help you with them.

:) Oh well its easier for me. I play the ps2 version. So no mice involved. Much easier.....but still a bit of a pain. "Curse you berkley!" (don't know how many people will recognise that one).

Oh and to add to points in its favour. How about to be able to jump from a plane and hit the ground without dying.....well I say ground, the water really. Quite funny to watch at first, don't release the parachute and jump from the plane when over the water.

or how about climbing to the top of the mountain, get in the camper van at the top, and drive off the edge either nearest the armour, or jump off the ramp. Just make sure you have a parachute in case you need to jump out of the vehicle for any reason.
