Shove a bag over your head, call yourself Rose, I'll be the Doctor and we'll have some fun.

No turning into something resembling a Dalek though, that is not what I had in mind!
(Actually, even for me, that thought sickens me)

I saw the Christmas episode too. I think we need to stray away from killer Christmas tree's next year. I like Tate but her performance was not an acting great. I am looking forward to this year's series of Doctor Who. We must be on Series 3 now which is pretty impressive I think! Given the mass of Doctor Who merchandise on display this Christmas the popularity is still very high.

On a really cool note my niece was sent a robotic remote control K9 for Christmas. I thought that was ace. I just need to find a good excuse to go and visit / play now! :D

Wired have started off the speculation as to the final episode of season four today. They are postulating that the Regeneration is actually a fake given the time issues going on here. There were no shots of the final episode this weekend which is odd and fueling the speculation between the fans. All in all the episode on Saturday was five star behavior and I was glad that I caught it, purely by accident too! I must make more of an effort to sky plus doctor who (or nick the series of my parents who I am sure have the whole series on DVD by now anyway :-D )

My suspicion is that the key clue is the number of times we have been given a shot of the Tardis Console with the Doctor's other hand in its container sitting just underneath and the way the first shot of the "regeneration" sequence was a shot of the Doctor examining his hand. I think the Docotor will indeed regenerate into...David Tennant, and we are just being teased.

That is because they are very clever. I will deffo be watching this weeks episode. I noticed that there was no volunteering a lend of the Doctor Who series boxed set. I know who is the favourite now!

The box set is not available till November, but I do have the entire series four on VHS.

As for the rest, yes they are here on DVD and we can discuss that on Wednesday! The favourite is Billie Piper by the way!

Well for sure, but she does not come around too often. . . .

We saw the season finale tonight, and I think it was astounding. There were so many layers to this. Incredible. It is so impressive that at the end of Season 4 Russell T Davies can pull such depth and invention into his story.

And nothing went too far. Rose even got her Doctor.

I have to admit, I really enjoyed it. I felt it was good T.V.

Just watched it now. It was a good episode that is for sure, very touching. Is there a series five in the making? I know there are 3 feature episodes that Tenant has been signed up for. Loved the Donna Doctor but I think they did the right thing by moving the three doctor's out of reach (although they still could be brought back Rose Stylie for a feature!). Donna Doctor was very good indeed and I liked the way she was even more super intelligent that the real article.

As I understand it there are specials for Christmas 2008, Easter 2009 and Christmas 2009. Then series 5 may well follow, but whether or not that will feature David Tennant I do not know.

I enjoyed the Doctor Donna moment but only because Tennant was taking the piss out of her. I have to say that I am glad that it was just a moment as I am not really a fan of Catherine Tate.

Nor me as such, but I do think she did a terrific job on Doctor Who. Her timing is brilliant.

David Tennant and Patrick Stewart have been banned from signing Sci-Fi memorabilia during their stint at the Royal Shakespeare Company and the current play Hamlet. RSC said due to intense interest in the pairing they would only be able to sign RSC items such as programmes etc. Till Ca-ching!

David Tennant has sparked a massive interest in the Royal Shakespear company's latest performance Hamlet. Tennant plays the young prince and has generated sufficient interest to sell out all tickets that were put on pre-booking. Some are being held back for the actual performances on the day and it seems nice they have generated such interest!
