This is the third in the Blade trilogy. It carries on with the tale of daywalker half vampire / half human hunter Blade. In this film the Vampires manage to call Drake (dracula) back from his long sleep in a vain attempt to kill Blade.
Good
Fight scenes
Visuals of the First Vampire
Bad
His new crew of happy helpers.
The female vampire who is supposed to be attractive and haughty and failes miserably!

Average-to-poor, then? I always assumed average would be three stars. Don't tell me we've all been working off different quality scales all this time!?
Methinks the trilogy was a bad idea

The first Blade was quality
the second was more like
and I would have to concur that the third was distinctly a
its a sliding scale, further proving that, as with the Matrix, just because you see dollar signs does not necessarily justify the recreating and sometimes/usually detracting from the original movie.
When you've seen Wesley Snipes slash up one vampire, you've seen him slash a film-full, and although it is quite exciting in the first, it is more laughable in the subsequent films. The exploration of his vampire traits and how he has adapted them to serve the power of good over evil was far more interesting.

I enjoyed this film, it lived up to expectations and ticked all the right boxes for this genre of film.
