The Super Mario Bros video is technically pretty good - must've been a pain to track the original film and overlay the game footage.

The BBC appear to have a "film network" section which has some weird stuff on it such as this little moral story.

One of my favourite singers, the delightful Hayley Williams, is now apparently doing rap collaborations. I was shocked, but at least it's catchy: B.o.B. - Airplanes feat. Hayley Williams

And now... do you like rainbows? You do? Do you like them as much as this guy? Gets pretty intense from about a minute in.

Also see the Double Rainbow song. Note the use of autotuner that you'll hear in a lot of music now and that is also used to hide piss poor singing *coughjustinbiebercough*.

Need to post this before I forget about it: rejected cartoons by Don Hertzfeldt.

Can't believe I've not seen his work before, he's done some more serious animated works which appear to have had a lot of attention, so they'll go on my list of things to watch.

Squirrel Falls Victim to High-Tech Bird Feeder (Gizmodo article, YouTube video embedded). That is one heck of a determined squirrel, and an... interesting product.

Epic and fun ride for a squirrel! Quality vid, I like the fact that the people filming are so concerned that they think it is better to hit the squirrel with a stick rather than just feed the damned thing!
