Hello all,
Given the large number of j.sainsubury@customerservices.com ?60 voucher emails I have recieved in the last week I thought it would be a good idea to list some of the scam emails that are going around at the moment.
1 - Sainsbury's email is intended to get your email address on a mass spam email list. Don't forward it on and deffinately don't cc the suggested email.
2 - There are no phone viruses at the moment. The ace email is also false.
If anyone has any more please post them here.

I used to occasionally, but I don't any more. Partly because I believe they get harvested for all those email adddresses, hence more spam. Not good. I also despise the "make a wish now send it on or you'll die" ones.

i never forward e-mails to other people especially those ''make a wish now or a person that you will love in your future will die cos this is a pile of superstitious bollocks'' ones. I hate those too mr_e. I figure that I didn't want them so why should I harbour somebody else with them.

It is dependent on the email itself. I don't mind replying occasionally to the 'getting to know you' emails. I have not really seen one of these for a while though. I only ever send them back to the original person though and some of my friends. I tend to delete the mass of forwarded information to reduce the harvesting potential.
I really don't ever bother with the 'look at the lovely kitty - send it to 10 people and you will get your wish'. I look at the pictures have a bit of a smile and then delete them! (After checking the file for viruses on the internet that is!).

I too used to fill in the 'tell us some humourous things about yourself' emails, mainly for blackmail material!
I quite enjoy seeing the different ways people try to grab my email address, sadly for them, the inside of a virtual trash bin is the only place they get to see!

Nothing says "romance" like a kidnapped injured woman!
