One of our current housemates quite likes glasses direct. I have to admit, they are super-cheap, which is great providing you can find something you like. Frames were always a rip-off, so you can't really sniff at frames and lenses for £25 or so.

I just looked at glasses direct and they only provide lenses up to -8. Not a goer for me I am afraid!
