Just bought a game which tests mental agility though intelligence testing, co-ordination and rapid execution of maths sums. It then rates your responses and accuracy and gives you the age of your brain.
At the initial outset the age of my brain is apparently 73. . . . how embarrasing is that?! I manged to get the score down to 60 (places my average age at 34+) but will have to wait until tomorrow to register the next score. The ideal is to be 20. . . . how embarrasing. . . .

Heh, my sister's got this. You could argue that the "improvement" is simply becoming conditioned to what is essentially a narrow range of tests, but it's definitely good to get the old brain working again. The "colour not the word" test is always freaky.

It is just training the brain with some simple tasks - the memorising words is actually really difficult! The sums is good, the old mental arithmetic is pretty poor at times though I have managed to race through 20 in 21 seconds. Apparently this is only medium speed though! Amazing.
The age has dipped to 44 and is now back up to 52, painful aint it!

They have a funny gag where they 'miscalculate' your age. . . . they tried to say I was 72 the other day rather than the more helpful 30ish. In fact they try to guess your real age following the predicted age and one day they said I was 3+. . . . I don't know what type of 3 year old can do all that stuff but nevermind eh?!
